The vaporblunt warranties Vaporblunt products defects in materials and workmanship under use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by or the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Vaporblunt will either (1) Repair the product defect, (2) Exchange the product with a product that is repaired, or replaced with a new or re-manufactured unit. Batteries are covered for (90) days from date of purchased.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries of neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions. Please contact email@example.com to learn more about our Battery Replacement Service.
The Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by The VaporBlunt.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to any product not manufactured by The VaporBlunt.
The warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water damage, fire or earthquake; (b) to damage caused by operating product outside the permitted or intended use as described by thevaporblunt.com (c) to a product or part that has been modified to alter funtionality or capability; (d) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, cracks, or broken plastic.
Important: Warranty applies to original end-user purchaser only and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd part re-seller such as eBay or Craigslist. The VaporBlunt warranties only apply to devices purchased at any authorized retailer serviced by an authorized VaporBlunt distributor. Intentionally opening or disassembling your device in any way will void warranty.
If you feel you need to make a claim to the VaporBlunt for warranted please email email@example.com a copy of your receipt and a description of the problem. A return claim number will be issued and must be included with the return. Units returned without a return number will not be processed.
Warranty and return policy on glassware
All glassware is warrantied against defects in manufacturing. Glassware can not be returned for any reason, only exchanged. All glass sales are final. Glassware may be exchanged if your unit comes broken or damaged. In order to qualify for a exchange your claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving your glassware. The warranty is not valid if the glassware is purchased from a 3rd party. If your glass comes damaged please e mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request service.
