If it becomes necessary to make a claim in regards to your vaporBLUNT warranty, a few steps will need to be taken. Ensure product is completely cleaned and returned to original packaging, minus the screen.

 

Please carefully research the product you are interested in before purchasing. Refunds are only available for new and unused devices purchased through thevaporblunt.com. Units purchased through an authorized VaporBlunt retailer cannot be refuned by Vaporblunt. Returned units are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

Email THEVAPORBLUNT@GMAIL.COM and explain the issue you are currently experiencing. Be sure to include your serial number, found on the side of the box, in the body of the email. A Return claim number will be issued, which MUST be included with the returned merchandise.
